This spec defines how Solstice FC collects, stores, accesses, and presents player and operational data. Every decision here traces to a debate verdict. Where debates produced tension rather than resolution, that tension is preserved in the Dissents & Risks section.

Solstice FC operates a tiered competitive structure with performance-based promotion/relegation, scoped within a single metro area. The system separates competitive and recreational pathways. Clubs retain full autonomy in methodology, culture, and programming above a set of non-negotiable minimum standards that apply to every participating club.

Solstice FC's financial model must solve two competing problems: keep fees low enough to remove income as a talent filter, and generate enough revenue to deliver genuine competitive development. Round 1 of the debate series explicitly flagged revenue as the unsolved problem. Round 4 resolved the fee structure question. This spec codifies those decisions.

Solstice FC is a nonprofit cooperative governed by its member clubs. Every club gets one vote. The community has final authority over every structural decision. This is not a federation, not a franchise, and not a platform that clubs subscribe to. It is a league that clubs own.
